Dear Classmate,

Time certainly has flown by and, believe it or not, it’s time for our 15-year reunion.  We have come a long way since we graduated in 1996 and so has Tulane.  Join me at our 15th reunion so we can recapture our college years and witness a transformed city and University.

Our 15th reunion begins on Friday, Oct. 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wave ’11 All-Alumni Reunion Party as we celebrate our class’s accomplishments with food, fireworks and great music.  Saturday, Oct. 22 at 10 a.m. kicks off four hours of tailgating in the development tent at Homecoming Village at the Superdome, leading up to the 2 p.m. match against Memphis. Class of 1996 Newcomb alumnae and guests will be able to register at tulane.edu/homecoming for a pre-game happy hour on Oct. 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Swizzle Stick Bar inside the Lowes hotel, 300 Poydras Street.

Last year’s 15th reunion class contributed over $396,000 toward the overall class gift check presented to President Cowen last year.  If every member of our class gives at least $200, we can blow them out of the water.  Tulane is the city’s largest private employer, so our reunion class donations will not only strengthen our revered university but also the true backbone of the city: the people of New Orleans.
