 "Since my wife is from New Orleans, I return to the city regularly. Whenever I see someone from my undergraduate years at Tulane, I experience a rush of great memories. It is always fun to reminisce about what a great and rewarding time we all had at Tulane and in New Orleans. I sincerely urge all classmates to attend what promises to be a fun and exciting reunion weekend in New Orleans, so we can all reminisce about "the good ol' days"". |
Only In New Orleans...
I didn't just go to college at Tulane; I lived in New Orleans. President Cowen has done a phenomenal job of being a leader for the city and Tulane as a whole. I love the fact that Tulane staff, faculty and students are making a commitment to New Orleans to make it even better than it was pre-Katrina. But no matter how much New Orleans changes, it still feels like home.
Only At Tulane...
Because New Orleans is such a special place, Tulane is truly a unique university. Tulane and New Orleans offer experiences you can't get anywhere else. What's kept me in touch with Tulane all these years is the fact that the city and university touched something in me and continue to play an integral role in shaping who I am today.
Only Us...
Think about the four years you spent at Tulane. If yours were half as good as mine, then you must want every other Tulanian to have that experience. When you look at where you are today, you can see just how many wonderful opportunities grew out of your college experiences. Your success is directly tied to your college success, and for that reason you owe it to your alma mater to give back in a way that is meaningful to you.
